Mortarbaro is a dark forest situated in Central Ulstra and teeming with mischievous sprites, carnivorous fauna, and reported beasts that could swallow a person whole. Most Ulstrans would never dare set foot in Mortarbaro due to the stories alone.

Deep in the mysterious woods is the treetop village of Baldakeno, the only outpost in Mortarbaro, dutifully maintained and protected by Gardistona of Zirkono Minado.
